Picture "Wild hair" (2021)

After several years of freelance work as an interior designer and artist equally took place in 1995, the shift of focus clearly to painting. The occupation with art, the handling of brush and colors, different painting media, their effect on me and the viewers of my works have shaped my life. Painting for me has much to do with thinking, dreaming, feeling and writing poetry. The power of colors is tangible in a wide range of emotions that touch the soul sometimes quietly and then again very powerful. It is the age-old connections between colors, shapes, lines and feelings, which everyone is able to read and interpret in his own way. With my works I want to tell stories, arouse emotions and touch. My pictures show my very personal view of nature, events, things and people, that fascinate me and move me in a lasting way.
