Sculpture "The Leader" (2021)
Head made of stoneware mass processed with cold colors and patina. Dimensions incl. wooden stand Creation process of my sculptures from clay / stoneware mass I work the clay by following the property of the material. I consciously leave cracks, or tear it in the leatherhardZustand again. The earthy structures of the clay I let visibly flow into my work.In the process, I always notice how the clay works in itself and what structures it brings forth, especially when using great heat.It is important to me that the work process remains visible.
