A tribute to the work of John Singer Sargent. Bajer transfers Sargent's work to the present day and presents it in a contemporary way. He wants to depict the distractedness of today's world through the disrupted elements. In the process, the appearance of the subject is rearranged, giving the image new meanings and associations. The painting also contains collage-like elements and abstract areas where he works with effects and striking brushstrokes.
