Picture "Seaside Rendezvous XXL 12" (2022)

The maritime diversity of colors, shapes and the complexity of nature by the sea - its power, delicacy, its rhythms, its phenomena.... - is an important source of inspiration for my maritime paintings. Abstracted painting whose center seems to be reflected on a suggested horizon line. The contrasting center is made in orange, red, magenta, pink, yellow, white, purple and brown hues against a background of blue and turquoise fab tones. The work carries a tension that exists between the center, which is in warm colors, and the background, which is in cool shades of blue. A modern work that invites the inclined viewer to a mental excursion beyond the everyday.
