The sea is in the artist's blood - sea, waves and the surf on the coast remain the primary inspiration for her paintings. She wants to tell a story and create a harmonious, positive sense of place. Each work is created from her strong visual and emotional memories, with her associated thoughts as integral to the painting as the shapes, colors, and especially the light.
