Like a distant retreat, the picture conveys a sense of security and tranquillity, hidden behind soft mists. Fine adhesive strips interweave with delicate horizon lines and lend the work additional depth. "Avalon" conveys peace and the feeling of having finally arrived.

Toni Nohe, German artist with South American roots, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow Poland.
