The painter drives through the city in the rain and takes various photos with her smartphone, then selects one that reflects the mood of the situation. After this photo she paints - in this case - in a single day the image with oil paint on canvas. Not every drop on the disc is accurately reproduced, but rather the concise and poetic drops and streaks that change and dissect the image. In addition, after a few days the painter applied a second layer of glaze, which intensifies the luminosity of the colors. The result is an atmospherically dense image of an urban everyday situation. Ulla Kutter offers possibilities of other perception of urban everyday life. On view is the "TV Tower" of the city of Hamburg.
