Picture "Garden path" (2023)
This picture is an abstract plein air study. I set up my easel in the garden on a warm, sunny day in July. The colors and shapes of the garden landscape with the bright colors of the yellow, white and purple flowers surrounded by the variety of greens give the impression of an enchanted, magical garden. My brushstroke is clear and lively, the oil colors are applied impasto. The canvas is hand-stretched on the stretcher frame and primed three times. The suspension consists of a steel cable. The picture can be hung directly, the edges of the stretcher frame are colored. My signature is on the front.
