Springtime Rock'n'Roll tells of colorful beach life, dancing people and light-heartedness. The work tells of tolerance, love and freedom. Springtime Rock'n'Roll is an energetic work to which my subject, love of humanity and tolerance, belief in the good stick. For this painting, I mixed the best lightfast pigments with poppy seed oil and Rügen chalk to create a very tactile paint application. I then apply this paste in several layers, one centimetre thick, and allow the canvas to rest for a few days in high humidity and dry slowly before finally applying a crystal-clear resin, which enhances the haptics and colors by allowing the resin to collect in the valleys of the relief. - Ready for immediate hanging - best lightfast pigments - solid hand-crafted stretcher frame with the best fabric - painted with love and passion
