Always in search of new means of expression, I enjoy experimenting with different styles and motifs! My pictures are characterized by a positive, life-affirming approach to strong colors and clear pictorial structures.
The joy of visual impressions, the play with ever new tones and compositions, and the eternal search for the optimal expression of what seems essential to me. Sometimes a struggle, sometimes a gift that comes to me. In this respect, painting for me is closely related to making music on the piano and seems to me to be an allegory of everyday life.
I studied art to become a teacher and worked as a teacher for many years. As a balance to my job, I devoted myself to classical piano playing. Although I have only been painting again for 3 years, my pictures are already hanging in collections worldwide. I live with my husband in Hamburg.
