Detailed description

Picture "Already knows what, not yet how | Balloons, animals" (2013)

It is the beautiful memories of our childhood, of a carefree time with games and dreams, which are reflected as allegory in the balloons. Everything seemed possible... The picture is painted in a classic manner in several layers of color and is dominated by blue and turquoise tones.

About Uwe Fehrmann

Hello and welcome, my name is Uwe Fehrmann and I was born in Berlin in 1962.
Already in my childhood I loved to paint. In my youth I was trained in various techniques of painting and drawing and a little later I was a member of an artist group. After graduating from high school, I studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Study trips took me to Italy and France. In Hamburg I later began to work full-time as an artist. Initially, I worked on various art projects and mostly large-scale naturalistic paintings at home and abroad, as well as for theater, film and television. Over time, I developed a real passion for paintings that are beautiful - but also thought-provoking and can contain different levels of reality. I feel very comfortable working with my subjects, I love the colors and the liveliness of painting, because here I can live out all my creative fantasies and ideas. My paintings are meant to convey joy while reflecting on life. I would be happy if you share my view of art and get a piece of it in your own home. Thank you and have fun discovering and hanging your new artwork wishes you, Uwe Fehrmann
