Sculpture "Blossom from far" (2022)
The 'Flower from afar ' is a non-figurative compact wooden sculpture. It has a dynamic organic shape. There is a hole that penetrates the sculpture. The surface has the texture of carving iron (everything is made by hand). So it is also nice to touch the sculpture. The light ash wood, which has a very nice texture, was treated with a colorless wax. The sculpture is mounted on a white stone plate. It is also welcome to be mounted on a dark stone or steel plate, for example. As with most of the artist's sculptures, the aim is to create 'living' forms that do not represent anything, but seem to 'breathe'. Associations other than 'flower' are certainly possible.
