Detailed description

Picture "Change of viewing direction" (2024)

In this day and age, when we often have the feeling of being overwhelmed by bad news and horror stories, I have created a work of art that should give us all a little hope. "Change of perspective": a work of art full of color and life, is a colorful journey away from the flood of negative headlines that often overshadow our daily lives. The newspaper articles are painted over with bright colors and layers that make a strong, life-affirming statement. It is an invitation to change our perspective and to recognize and celebrate the small joys and beauties of life. With "Change of perspective" I want to show: We have the choice to decide - to be inspired by the brightness and positive sides of life and to consciously make our days more colorful and brighter. It is a step towards a more fulfilling life that we can actively shape - with optimism, color and hope.

About BARTELE

I embody absolute enthusiasm, optimism and power in my life and my art.
With my bold, colorful, multi-faceted and energetic artwork, I want to infect people with my joy and power and motivate them to pursue their dreams, inspire them to do their thing and live an authentic life according to their own values and ideals. My path to art was characterized by the search for an authentic expression beyond conventional paths. After a career in administration and intense and challenging years, I finally found my true calling as an artist rather than in an office job. The insights and challenges of this time flow into my art, supported by the conviction that everyone can find and live their true calling. With a self-taught approach, countless courses and studying to become an art therapist, I use different materials and techniques to capture the dynamics of life and its nuances. Whether it is the use of swamp lime, marble powder, gold leaf, rust or the conscious choice of colors according to art therapy principles, every decision in my creative process is aimed at giving the works a special depth and energy. My art is a dialog - with myself, with the viewer and with the world. It challenges us to question habitual thought patterns and to courageously embark on a path of personal development and growth. My works reflect not only my own experiences, but also the stories and visions of my clients, making them sources of inspiration and new vitality. With numerous successful exhibitions and a steadily growing interest in my art at home and abroad, I continue on my path of touching, inspiring and motivating people through my works. I find my greatest expressive power in abstract acrylic painting, a medium that allows me to explore and capture infinite facets of being.
