The development of my visual art went through drawing and painted drawing into painting with watercolor, gouache and oil. I have never committed myself to a particular subject, what for, depending on the desire and intuition I play them all. There are series of landscapes, seascapes, architecture just as it draws me to portraits, nudes, flora or fauna. My paintings generally have a quick stroke and strong brushstroke. Stagnation is not to be found in them, movement is always at play. In 1985 I began to deal artistically with the theme of "femininity" and still do so today. My works have been presented in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad since 1988. Since 1990 I have been working as a freelance artist and in 1996 I opened the Atelier 2b with gallery in Sarstedt/Heisede. Study stays in Italy, Malta, Greece and France followed. All my knowledge I pass on since then in seminars, painting and drawing courses. I have designed and conducted painting and cultural trips to Malta, Gozo and Greece with great pleasure. For many years I was a member of the cultural advisory board of Hildesheim and was involved in the cultural development planning. A logical further development of my own art went into the third dimension. In sculpture I create sculptures from stone, plaster, clay or wax which are cast in bronze in the art foundry, usually in small editions. In 2008 and 2010 I received commissions from the HR industry to create the sculpture for the Employability Award (an annual business award for innovative HR work) and the sculpture for the HR Awards 2010 "Manager and Scientist of the Year". In a second passion I built up a consulting practice in parallel, 2005 NLP Master (DVNLP), 2010 and 2012 completion of two coaching trainings of several years at the Leibniz University Hannover. In 2008 I opened the coaching and consulting practice "Dialogreisen" for solution-oriented consulting. Through this second profession, I also assist artists as a coach for professional and personal development. Among other things, I developed coaching concepts for the socio-cultural sector and was co-author of the practice book "Treasure Hunt with Accompaniment" - Creating Resources in Coaching. In 2013, 2015 and 2017 I published three books of stories through the Viennese publishing house Guthmann-Peterson. Stories more colorful than my paintings, multi-layered and beautifully spoken. In great gratitude for all the beauty, I am still excited about what comes next.
