Detailed description

Picture "Soft Summer Eve" (2023)

"Soft Summer Eve" is inspired by a sunset by the sea, with plants and berries in the foreground. It is part of the "Home is where the heart is" series. Organic shapes and structures put the viewer in the mood for a gentle, calm evening by the sea. The warm, pastel shades of rose, yellow and blue bring peace and space to this work and evoke feelings of late summer. The fine pigments of the high-quality oil paints give this original painting a special value and quality.

About Judith Riemer

Judith Riemer is a German artist from the district of Hildesheim.
She has been presenting her works in galleries, museums and at art fairs around the world since 2017. Previous highlights include exhibitions in New York and Dubai. Her art has already won several awards and been published in international magazines and art books. Her works can be found in private collections in Germany, Italy and Austria. Judith Riemer's works are characterized by an imaginative and mysterious aesthetic. They invite the viewer to immerse themselves in a multi-layered universe in which time and space remain deliberately vague. Familiar elements such as leaves, people and animals are given a new interpretation in order to reflect the true nature of things. The artist concentrates on the attentive and sensitive observation of the hidden.
