Detailed description

Picture "Blue Line" (2022)

In the painting I have deliberately left some free. Dogs live in the moment, the portrait shows the small moment when the American Staffordshire Terrier stands on the lawn. This short moment that is just perfect. As quickly as he was there, he is gone again. The modern artwork is part of my portfolio of dog portraits, with which I am engaged for years.

About Marit Symalla

I have been professionally making animal portraits for over 13 years.
To draw and paint I started already in childhood and also at that time predominantly animals shaped my pictures. In my later training as a design assistant I learned a lot about the different styles and about the different styles and designs. To educate myself further, I visited many drawing and painting courses. During this time I also started volunteering at the Dresden Animal Shelter. Through this my passion for animal paintings became stronger and stronger. I have participated over the years in some exhibitions (group, as well as individual exhibitions) participated and exhibit permanently at several locations in Dresden, Bautzen and Doberschau. My intention Animals live in the moment. Exactly that fascinates me, because nowadays everything is very fast moving. Most of the time you already think of something new, while you are still doing something else. I'm a lot with my dogs in nature on the road and enjoy it just a moment to pause and switch off from everyday life. Just to be in the here and now.
