A tribute to the work of Winslow Homer. Bajer transfers Homer's work to the present time and presents it in a contemporary way. He wants to depict the distractedness of today's world through the disrupted elements. In the process, the appearance of the subject is rearranged, giving the image new meanings and associations. The painting also contains collage-like elements and abstract areas in which he works a lot with effects and striking brushstrokes.
