Summer in Provence. In a southern French town, a blonde woman in a red beret sits outside in a sidewalk café eating croissants. A couple holding hands strolls by, as do individual passersby. A little further away from her, a woman is also sitting alone at a café table under a large parasol. A café scene on a warm summer day on the Cote d'Azur, southern France. Oil painting on canvas in spatula technique signed front and back. Professional stretcher frame of German manufacture, made of coniferous wood. Covered by hand. August 2023.
