Detailed description
Picture "CU" (2024)
The challenge with this painting lay in the complex and intricate depiction of the brickwork and the interior of the store. The subtle color palette and the texture of the plaster and bricks represented a painterly limit to what I could achieve with acrylic paint. However, this aspect is what makes it so appealing - exploring and overcoming my current limits. The next project is already in preparation. It will be simpler and therefore take less time than this one.
