Detailed description

Picture "Lighthouse (Plant no. 180202)" (2018)

Who doesn't love them, these majestic lighthouses watching over everything, showing ships the right way and braving every stormy weather? Here the sun and the lighthouse seem to be in dialogue with each other. Since early childhood, lighthouses fascinate the artist - they give us a sense of security, strength and freedom. The artist wants to tell stories in her paintings and develop a harmonious, positive sense of place. Each work is created from her strong visual and emotional memories, with her associated thoughts being as integral to the painting as the shapes, colors and especially the light.
