Detailed description

Picture "Resting cranes" (2023)

The image shows five cranes resting in the middle of a damp field shrouded in mist. The fog, diffuse and almost tangible, envelops the scenario in a delicate veil, giving the environment a mystical and timeless character. The cranes, with their slender forms and striking contours, appear as silent guardians of this dreamy place. Their long legs are anchored deep in the damp earth, while their necks soar in elegant arches. Their calm, almost meditative postures make them appear like sculptures carefully placed in this foggy landscape. The faint light breaking through the mist gives the birds' feathers a delicate glow, gently setting them apart from the muted background. The painting is signed on the front and back. It is also dated on the back.

About Julia Pasinski

Born and raised on a North Sea island, I always paint the nature on the coast and birds.
Painting nature, painting in nature and painting with nature - plein air directly on site or with fresh impressions in the studio - the sensual experience is what inspires and motivates me. Depending on the subject, I reach for the strong oil paint or paint delicate and light watercolors that have no fixed boundaries and virtually step out of themselves. Already as a teenager I received art lessons from Günther Winkler, who was a student of Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, won several prizes and participated in exhibitions on Sylt and the nearby mainland. After my studies as a graphic designer in Hamburg, I devoted myself again more to free painting. Since 2014 I exhibit regularly.
