A beautiful sunset on the sea horizon with a sailboat is the atmospheric motif of the impressionistic oil painting by Peter Nottrott. During many walks by the sea I collect the impressions that provided the inspiration for this work. After I have specialized in acrylic paints for a very long time, oil paints are an enrichment that offer me other possibilities of painting that want to be (re)discovered. The painting has painted side edges and is signed on the front bottom right by Peter Nottrott as well as dated with the year of creation.
