Springtime Rock'n'Roll tells of colorful beach life, dancing people and light-heartedness. The work tells of tolerance, love and freedom. Springtime Rock'n'Roll is an energetic work to which my subject, love of humanity and tolerance, belief in the good stick. For this painting, I mixed the best lightfast pigments with poppy seed oil and Rügen chalk to create a very tactile paint application. I applied several layers of paint a centimeter thick and let the canvas rest for a few days in high humidity and dry slowly. Once the motif has been worked in, the relief-like work has to dry again for a few days before I apply a self-made crystal-clear resin, which enhances the haptics and colors by collecting the resin in the valleys of the relief. - Ready to hang immediately - best lightfast pigments - solid hand-crafted stretcher frame with the best fabric - painted with love and passion
